Disney Teams Up with Dapper Labs for NFT Platform Launch

Disney has collaborated with Dapper Labs to introduce digital collectibles of Pixar characters and Star Wars icons to on-chain users. The resulting Disney Pinnacle is an NFT platform set to provide collectible and tradable digital pins to fans.

Through Disney Pinnacle, a wide array of Disney characters, Pixar icons, and Star Wars figures will be made available as unique collectible and tradable digital pins.

Experience Disney Magic in the Digital Age

The partnership aims to extend the “magic of pin collecting to the digital age” with Disney Pinnacle. Fans will enjoy the ability to collect, trade, and share the certified digital collectibles across networks, with each pin having its own distinct trading journey.

Roham Gharegozlou, the co-founder and CEO of Dapper Labs, expressed his excitement, stating, “Disney Pinnacle is an all-new product designed from the ground up to incorporate everything we’ve learned over the past few years.”

The platform, built on the Flow blockchain, will soon be accessible on the Apple App Store for iOS. This collaboration adds Disney to Dapper Labs’ impressive list of partners, which already includes the likes of the NBA, UFC, NFL, and Doodles 2.
